For 70 years we have been hearing the words "never forget" regarding the discovery of the horrors perpetrated against humanity during World WAR II: The Holocaust.

For those who have lived during the last 70 years, do you remember we made a vow? We promised that we would NEVER FORGET the horrible things that human beings suffered during World War II.
However, in recent years, some have have not only forgotten, they also don't want to hear about it, they don't want to see it, and criticise those who keep the torch lit so we we never forget, saying it is too graphic and not necessary.

YESTERDAY. - 70 years after the Second World War ended, we remember the six million Jews, 20 million Russians, 10 Million Christians and 1,900 Catholic priests who were murdered, massacred, raped, burned, starved and humiliated. and to who we promised to NEVER FORGET..
After WORLD WAR II, we cringed after we learned what happened. WE SWORE: NEVER AGAIN !!.....
TODAY, 70 years later, millions of people, fathers, mothers, grandmothers. grandfathers, teenagers, children, babies, little girls and little boys, jews, christians, or anyone in the way are also being murdered, massacred, raped, burned, starved and humiliated in the most abominable way anyone can imagine.
But, as we go about our daily lives, complaining about our daily boring or "stressful" lives, there are people RIGHT NOW, living and dying in the same or worse conditions that others suffered 70 years ago, and to who we promised we would NEVER FORGET.
WHAT HAPPENED???? DID WE MISS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART !!!! 'DID WE TAKE THE NECESSARY MEASURES AND PLAN WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO TO MAKE SURE THESE ATROCITIES NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN !!
TODAY, in 2015, we watch from afar as horrible things unfold on LIVE TV News shows. We dislike to watch, so we switch channels, maybe take a peek between the comedy shows, sitcoms and an occasional trip to the fridge to get a snack... Some might even say, "that's none of our business".
Oh, and the TV NETWORKS remove the scenes because they are too gory for the viewers to see! The message is "What you don't see does not affect you" FORGET IT!
HEY !!! WAIT A MINUTE !!! BUT DIDN't WE PROMISE AND ASK THE WORLD TO "NEVER FORGET"! ....And it is happening all over again and worse !!
WHERE DID WE FAIL????
WHY DIDN'T WE TAKE THE NECESSARY MEASURES TO NEVER LET THESE ATROCIOUS CRIMES TO MANKIND HAPPEN AGAIN !!
THE ANSWER?....
I DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER.
NO ONE ASKS, AND NO ONE TELLS US...
TODAY: - Is this horror creeping silently into our homes through the back door?. Should we just switch the channel and get a snack?
