Another reason of why we are where we are today on statehood for Puerto Rico.

A Memorandum of Agreement from the Governor of Puerto Rico (Supposedly a Pro-Statehood Administration) to President Obama to support and protect the CFC's.
The CFC's are the ANTI-STATEHOOD Multinational Corporations with an outrageous IRS Offshore Tax evasion scheme, who lobby in Congress against PR statehood.
There is not much difference between PNP or PPD Governors regarding support for Statehood for PR. ..... But the people do not believe it.
