Snowden’s Father: NSA Leaker May Return To U.S. With Certain Conditions

Lonnie Snowden father of Edward has written a letter to the Doj, saying that Ed may return if certain conditions are met:
1) Not be detained or imprisoned prior to trial
2) Not be subjected to a gag order
3) Tried in venue of his choosing
