The MJR Report

From July 2-4, 2012, Delegates from across the United States and Territories convened in Philadelphia, PA, to participate in the Continental Congress 2.0, producing a petition for the redress of grievances known as The 99% Declaration. Delegates from Puerto Rico were Miriam J. Ramirez MD and Julio Figueroa, Esq., who introduced the following language on Puerto Rico and it was approved by the Delegates Attending the Congress.
