Do not like the deal. However, the PPD bankrupt the Goverment of Puerto Rico and we need funds to pay the debt and get of trouble. Why I do not like the deal? I billion and the banks get 85.1 Millions per year times 50 years equals to 4.255 billion US dollars. That means that we do not have 4.255 for bond issuance and debet service. I am in the belief that $1.0 billion will be eliminated!
